The South Park Hotel

Stayed at South Park Hotel for few nights. Overall stay was good apart from the terrible noise during the night, due to a function at this banquet hall on one of the nights. Mr. Soman the Executive Chef on duty did his very best to help. Special shout to Mr Soman for his demeanour and very helpful and professional approach. Also special mention to Rina from the F&B section for her excellent service and helpful attitude.

This was my third stay at the hotel, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The excellent location makes it incredibly convenient for both leisure and business—it is close to everything I need yet pleasantly peaceful. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcome, remembering my preferences and ensuring every detail was taken care of. This time, I received a room upgrade; the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared, just as it has been on each of my previous visits. The breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a great variety that always starts the day on a perfect note. The service remains consistently warm, attentive, and professional—a quality that truly sets this hotel apart. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such high-quality hospitality every single time, and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!
