Smell.of old furniture so now all my clothes smell by it. Sometimes electricity disappeared as well as WOFI. poor internet.

Nothing i liked the casa de joana hotel.

Firstly we booked looking at the 3 star facility but i don't think they are no near worthy those stars and there is no restaurant but it was someone other they diverted all of to that restaurant. Additionally, the free breakfast was terrible and had very little food; if you wanted more, you had to pay for it. So complementary breakfast was not useful. Second, they just canceled our reservation with the message "now-show" after we checked in for three days and paid the full amount, all in an attempt to steal the commission from Booking.com. We also had a heated argument with this fool named Inder Singh and their staff after they claimed that we had made the rooms dirty and demanded an additional Rs. 2000 from us and ultimately we had paid. Avoid staying at this bogus hotel.

Best room which i ever seen in goa

Only one thing that there was some negative energy in the beach side in the front of hotel . We saw some entity thats why we left the room . Rather we had 3 more days to stays in the same hotel .

The size of the room, cleanliness, co-operative and helpful staff, quick response from the hotel staff for everything and good food. The beach view from the room gives a refreshing feel every time we open the Balcony door.

The arrangement of the parking space need to be worked out. Car bay shall be allotted once check-in is done. Every time struggle for taking out the car is annoying as access to hotel is very already narrow and after coming back hunting for new parking is quite a task.

Partial sea view from room. Good breakfast, had to walk a little bit in the sand but view is good. Hot water, geyser in bathroom, ac was working, tv had no sound

Cockroaches in room, furniture was a bit old. Bathroom sliding door was a hassle.

Steps away from the beach and a very clean beach. Wifi connection was amazing as network issues are a lot there.

The staff was a little bit rude but not all , the ladies working there were good. For breakfast you get a limited option , as they ask one item per person only. You have a lot of Breakfast options nearby.
