Excellent location, fantastic and tasty food, Breakfast set menu is also excellent. great hospitality by Host/Owner and Staff. Overall the stay and food at Casa de Joana was excellent.

A small water tap before entering the property when coming back from beach is suggested. that could help to keep the room sand free.

"Overall, if you would like to keep yourself near to the beach all the tim, then the property is good"

The location of the property is one outstanding feature. It's almost next to the sea with the beach being only a minute away. Also, the property is well-connected with market areas like Baga, Candolim.

If it wasn't for the location, the property would have been a disappointment in itself. It needs a revamp. The doors are in a dilapidated state plus the breakfast offering needs to be improved.
