It’s the house on the corner at the end of the road about 400m down. Value for your money. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. It is Greece and sand is always flying in. The host doesn’t speak English but lets you know everything you need to know. If you expecting Michelin star accommodation this is not for you. It is a room with access to a beautiful balcony. The bathroom is shared if they are other guests. It feels like visiting an old relative and is a completely different, unique and interesting vibe. Although things maybe rusty everything works and is clean you will not find a stain or trash lying around in your designated space.

I enjoyed the whole trip. What the place lacks in other places it brings back in charm, space and in the shape of a fan.

Near metro but difficult to find

No air-conditioning. Sub standard bathroom. Difficult to find, needs signage.

The place exists. When you are on foot, do NOT follow the map, it is for cars. When you leave the subway station, simply turn left, and walk down the little street paralell to the highway for about 300 meters. It is the last house before the corner, before the bridge and before the big restaurant. Knock loudly ! and wait a bit. The lady is elderly, very friendly and speaks perfect german. The clean, cozy room, the bathroom and the big terrace are very nice. There is a coffee and teamaker, tea, sugar etc. I found it all extremely convenient ! When you arrive by car, do follow the map, but cross the bridge BEFORE the big restaurant and turn left. It's the first house after the corner. Very practical between and economical between flights ! I recommend !

Some people pretended, that the place did not exist. Well, it does. What some people call dirt, is simply red Sahara dust. Yes, they get it in Greece too.

No lock on shared toilet and bathroom. Broken toilet.

The host was super helpful and accommodating: due to our schedule we could only check in late during the night, and he made sure to be there to welcome us. The rooms are as they look like on photos: I guess it's very similar to how a private room rental works, as the hosts rents out the upstairs rooms to guests, and lives in the private downstairs area. Our room was fairly clean, it had a cigarette smell to it, but we didn't mind it too much. Quality-price wise, it was fair enough. Wouldn't stay there for prolonged periods of time, but as a last minute accommodation it was okay. We had a key for our room, the bathroom didn't have one, but we overall felt okay. It was nothing amazing, but still manageable. The flush in the toilet was broken, so you had to do it manually through the little lever inside the flush system. Our sheets and towels were very clean. Location wise, it was a 5 minute walk away from the Pallēnē train station, so we reached the airport quickly the next morning. Overall, would give it a 5 point rating out of 10: we were more than conscious about the stay's conditions, and having read through all the reviews didn't have high hopes.

I had booked the house for one night on May 30, but unfortunately I never stayed. First of all, the accommodation is not a house but a shared bathroom and kitchen and 3 separate rooms. The staff is completely unprofessional. I have my check in at 17:30 and the host of the house never answered my calls . Finally, a lady opened the door and she was rude and she didn't even know what reservation I had. So I explained to her that I have pay for a reservation for a single bed for one night and one person and her answer was that the rooms she has are for two people. Moreover, he was also rude to my cousin who accompanied me from the airport to the house. She told him that he couldn't help me with my luggage. In addition, he asked us indiscriminate questions. I never recommend this house even if it's your last option!!! Everything is a lie with this house !!

This was a completely different experience that I thought. I thought that this was going to be some air bnb room, but it was a childs room in some very funny german old ladys upstairs 😂 I felt like home. It was a very funny experience.
