There was some kind of hostel we stayed on a room and on the next room someone else was staying we had shared bathroom. All these were not described. These should be described in advanced.

There was no management. All thing were in toilet but nothing working Far away from city Center . Too expensive, and location is not good to find if you reach at after 6 pm

House hsd WiFi and Metro been in walking distance.

I pay the full amount at the same time I booked the room but, the owner of the property was not answering any of my calls, I didn't have the proper directions to the property or any idea how to get the keys. In three to four days time they emailed me a different phone number which they, again, never answer. The address on the system its wrong, wrong house number and road. I had to walk on my own late in the evening, in the dark in a scary back street by the woods, to find out that was the wrong house. The owner of the wrong house was very unhappy and angry and having a go at me and for people keep knocking his door asking for that AirB&B. Then the man showed me a different house at the opposite of the main avenue/motorway and said "I think must be that one". I had to walk the long way (quite very dangerous to gross through the motorway) to get to that house and check if it is the right one and hopping I will not be left sleeping in the woods. I was keep calling them also hopping they'll pick up. But they didn't. Reaching the second property, I knock the main door many times and call "hello, hello, it's anybody here? Please answer me, hello". Keep knocking and calling but, No one answer. I walk few more meters to their neighbour house and I ask the lady to help me. She called them and they answered their neighbours call, but not mine. I went back, he let me in, but i was very disappointed with them. Very angry and scared to have to walk through the woody dark back street and end up to the wrong place. The property was not in the standards that they advertised. Not very clean, had spider webs on the corner walls. Bed quilt was single on a double bed, wardrobe sliding doors was just hanging only from the top, not secure on the bottom. Shelf in wardrobe after placing my bag has fallen off from the front two clips. Half of the wardrobe had the owners (male) clothes left in and three suitcases.

I could take my poodle.

Please include a number for the property. It’s a strange area and not easy to recognise. I would not go alone as shared bathroom made it very odd situation.u No curtains at the big bathroom windows on a busy road. A lovely property spoilt by the motorway and compensation to the owners.
