Good position in Kyoto, close to the centre but in a quiet street. The house itself waa charming, furnished in classic Japanese style. We had two bedrooms, in Western and Japanese style, so you can choose which one you prefer. The management company also has the option to send the luggages from their check-in desk, located near Kyoto station, to the apartment, which was handy.

For us nothing, if you plan to cook a lot there is not much space but it has a fridge, single induction hob and microwave.

It’s quite spacious. If you travel with 3 or 4 people, you have more space to use than in a hotel. There’s a small kitchen with microwave and fridge.

The house it quite remote and bit far away from public transport (bus stop). In the house, some spots are quite dusty. It’s not too disturbing, mostly like tissueboxes upstairs and in some corners, but it’s visible. Also, we had some trouble with rodents. Our bad leaving some opened cookies and chips on the table only to find out it was gnawed open en eaten the next.

Everything! The house is lovely and the location is ideal. I cannot recommend staying here enough.
