Cleanliness and zero use of plastic bottles

Even though booking was done for 3 guests, towels, water bottles etc were provided only for two guests. Even after requesting for additional towel it was not provided unless second follow-up done after 2 hours.

Nice ,clean and specious rooms Breakfast had decent options and taste was good

The reception guy "roshan" if I haven't mistaken the name - No decency , every word he said seemed like a favour he is doing on us. Not a fit for handling roles with customer interaction
