Clean, comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff were good and attentive.

Reception staff were rude, unhelpful, inflexible and dismissive. If the IRA brand seeks to provide hospitality, I would suggest a retraining for Front office staff. They could learn a lot from their restaurant colleagues. We were offered 75% of the room price for an extra 5 hours. The hotel was mainly empty but we paid for a full 2nd night for a late check out at 10.30pm. They also tried to charge us nearly double the offer we had for breakfast.

I stayed at IRA by Orchid Hotel, Aurangabad on 02.09.2025 for one day, and it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality was truly excellent – warm, professional, and very welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, offering both quality and variety. Overall, it was a comfortable and delightful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aurangabad.

Staff was v v poor , they forced to pay in advance b4 checkin , after paying in advance they didn’t even allow to checkin early Home made tiffin packed was not allowed to eat Food ordered was not delivered well 11.15 we order alcohol, no support from staff

Nice and clean bed

The lights and exhaust fan in the toilet are in movement sensing mode. So if you sit for two minutes in the commode or take a shower, the lights and the fan goes off. Every time we entered the room the toilet was full of bad smell as the exhaust fan was stopped. This problem we have never faced in our life. Breakfast quality was poor in compare to the price they are charging.
