The only thing good about this property is a good location.

See, i took to stay in this property on the 26th late evening with 2 of my friends. I checked in after 6.30 pm. Nowhere it said in my booking that visitors are not allowed to meet me. We were a group of 3 and i am coming from abroad after a long time. I requested if a visitor can meet me at my room for an hour and i also told the staff that he/she will not be staying at the location for long. I also told them that though i booked room for 3, we will not be staying there for the night and its just for a matter of few hours. The staff didnt allow the same and for 1 visitor, he asked me to book a new room for 4000 and he made me pay for it. This is not at all acceptable when i was not instructed in my booking not to see visitors at the place. Very inhumane to act like this and to pay 4000 for 1 person to visit. The total cost which i lost was around 9000 and i am not sure why booking.com is here in between when we cannot speak to you guys for any amendments or requests. Additionally regarding the facilities, we asked if we can use the restaurant for a toast with my visitors, which they told drinks are not permitted, while again i was not instructed anywhere on the same. Its a shame on booking.com to provide such a service. I am sorry i had to say this because i was forced to walk out of the stay midnight for a place to meet my visitor clearly when i spent more than 5000 for my stay.

Loved the boat across the lake to access the restaurant. The waiter was fantastic. The view from our room was fantastic, sitting out on the balcony was so relaxing.

The beach is not actually connected to the hotel and beach side (view from room) is quite filthy..lots of crows and scavengers roam on the beach side as its very dirty..beach pics posted by resort are deceptive Food was average and not upto mark

The property was in a beautiful setting and crossing the lake for breakfast was simply adorable!

There was a lot of music coming over loudspeakers that spoilt the tranquility of the place. Especially early morning.

The litter that floats on the water early in the morning..spoils the beauty
