"Great! A haven against the cruel sea! (In winter)"

The fact that the flat was just across the road from the marina, and on the ground floor. It was well equipped and the host was handy to answer questions and give more bed linen. The cafe, pubs and yacht club were a lifeline after some rather challenging sailing,

My friend found it difficult not to bang his fingers on the inside door. I hadn’t got the patience to type in the very loooong password come for the Wi-Fi! I also think I lacked the concentration span to do justice to the heating system. Here’s a message for everyone - Keep the Knives Sharp - it makes such a difference!

Very clean, great space right near the village and the railway

If you’re a light sleeper the road is close and the front door but it wasn’t a problem for us.

"Lovely appartment with views to Dartmouth."

Location was excellent. Communication with Annalise was easy. We only stayed one night but place was immaculately clean, comfortable and lovely decorated. 10 out of 10!

Great location. dartmouth ferry breakfast cafe and good pub all within 5 mins walk. Parking at the marina opposite. Clean comfortable and very good instructions and communication from host.

"Perfect stay for a quick visit"

Perfect flat In Kingswear overlooking the river and seeing the steam train. Beautiful area. The flat was decorated beautifully just as seen in the photos. Bed comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen. Nice powerful shower and fluffy towels. Tea bags, coffee, sugar, pepper and cleaning products provided. No salt found though. 5 min walk to get the lower ferry to Dartmouth which is a wonderful place to sit along the quayside and watch the world go by. Short walk to Dartmouth castle. Dartmouth was very busy as Dartmouth Royal Regatta taking place. Little village store Couple of local pubs. Parking in the marina which was opposite. £10 for 24 hours Quick response from host and even posted a phone charger I left behind
