La Vista Furano Hills Natural Hot Spring

There are good dinner places nearby. Liked the private onsen rooms and the ramen supper. Guests could have free icecream after our onsen. The staff are generally attentive too. The surrounding is nice and quiet.

Wished there were good breakfast places around and do not have to rely on hotel breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff - lady on breakfast reception was very nice and receptionist from Nepal. Onsen is amazing, great views and very relaxing being outside. Breakfast is a fantastic spread with lots of Japanese options. Lots of free extras make for a special stay.

Fantastic breakfast buffet, great facilities such as private onsens and massage chairs. Convenient location next to train/bus station.

Very expensive but limited number of hotels in downtown Furano probably means less competition and higher prices. Was shocked to be told at check-in "no cleaning". You had to pay extra to get your room cleaned on top of an expensive room rate. I never get my room cleaned when I travel but to charge extra for it is obscene. Have never encountered this weird policy anywhere else in the world ! Pillows were awful. You can ask for a softer one at reception but still not the quality you would expect at a 4 star hotel.

朝食のイクラが最高でした。　　イクラ丼をお変わりして、これからはラピダスの宿で日本巡りをしようと思います。

宿泊そのものではなく、ホテル周囲の雰囲気が物足りなかったです。
