Amazing stay with incredible onsen and perks! Highly recommend La Vista Furano Hills! The room was very big and exceptionally clean. The main bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the extra bed provided for the kids made our stay even better. The hot spring experience was amazing. The onsen is very nice, and the private onsen rooms were an extremely wonderful experience! We also loved the thoughtful complimentary treats—the yogurt and ice cream after the bath were great, and the free night-time ramen was delicious. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We didn't like that the room TV only had local channels and lacked YouTube support. Adding smart features would make it perfect

They come with private Onsen that are FCFS basis and limited for 30mins use each time. They serves ice cream and yakult plus midnight supper at no costs daily. The communal onsen was great too

The shops and restaurants closed pretty early in this area.

ホテル全体を通して、お客様の事をよく配慮してるなという感想です。よかった点は、風呂上がりのアイスのサービス、露天風呂の近くにタオルを置く場所があること、リハァのシャワー、安全対策、ベットの快適さ、室内着、お風呂用にビニール袋のサービスなどです。ぜひおすすめしたいホテルでした。ワインのプレゼントもとっても嬉しかったです。

朝食は、ちょっと高いなという印象です。海鮮丼はおいしかったですが、もう少し安くしていただけたら嬉しかったです。娯楽がなくて、残念でした。お土産屋さんも見あたらなかったです。あったのかもしれないですが、目につく場所にありませんでした。やはり、料金が閑散期の割には高いなと思ってしまいました。そこが残念というか、お得感がなかったです。YouTubeも見れなくて残念でした。BSよりも若いひとはYouTubeだと思います。
