Very beautiful apartment

It has 3 separated bathrooms, huge bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. The train station is 10 minsa walk so the location was really great. Also they were super kind and helpful, we arrived at late night and there was no problem with that.

The floor was super cold, and not so clean, and there is no doormat which is a bit annoying when it raining outside and you stel into the apartment in wet shoes.

The stay will be extremely comfortable. the apartment is equipped with everything you need, each bedroom has its own bathroom, the beds are very comfortable, the linen is clean and ironed. The kitchen will give you the opportunity to prepare even exquisite dishes yourself. ​The location will provide an opportunity to freely move around the city and enjoy the most outstanding places, and do the best shopping. Special thanks to the staff for their understanding and courtesy. We arrived very late, but they helped us get in easily and quickly.

Bed was comfortable.blind was a good blockout.Coffee machine was good.

communication was not good enough.Balcony area was not very nice at all.Bathroom ran out of hot water.no table or dining area.no lounge area.parking was not good.

The apartment is big and clean, the process of check in and check out is very easy and simple.

Met only the cleaning lady which was so sweet and the apartment was super clean.Wi fi was good and location to the train station was good too.

The owner was unprofessional,called her on our arrival,line wasn't so clear and started huffing when asked to repeat what was said,thats instead of coming to meet us and give us a small tour and instructions.Bath towels were so hard you could scrub instead of drying yourself.Bathroom doors not closing perfectly and not such privacy. Neighbours extreamly noisy,children running and shouting on top of the appartment at least until one in the morning.Surely never again!!!

The staff was extremely unprofessional, from declining our calls to huffing when answering the call. We had a plumbing problem in all 3 showers, they were clogged with hair and dirt along with a drainage smell. She said they’ll come and clean it tomorrow morning which we understood since it was in the evening, but unfortunately the morning after no one did. When we got home in the afternoon we called over and over and she declined all of our calls, we had to call with different phone numbers (of the rest of the group/my friends) so that she wouldn’t recognize it was us and that is when she answered! This took like 2 hours and we couldn’t shower! like isn’t that so immature and childish. After the checkout we told her how disappointing it was having to wait over an hour for her to pick up the phone so we can shower and how unprofessional her service was, we asked for compensation and she ignored my message pretending she isn’t understanding english. The place looks nice and modern but it was defined not worth the money as the staff was very unprofessional and not as advertised. We paid good money for it and all we expected in return was a good service
