NLNice, clean appartment in middle of old city. Paid parking on 10 min walk (Marina), city centre is not accesible by visiting cars. Nice old streets, quite alley. Many restaurants nearby, and a great icecream parlor. Easy to communicate with hosts, and easy access with keybox. Welcoming toasts, coffee etc.

GBThe location is superb and the apartment is attractive, well furnished and comfortable. There is some helpful information (guidebooks etc.) about Ortigia/Siracuse. Alessio provided us with the necessary information to check in easily.
The kitchen could be better equipped. Specifically, there was no towel for drying dishes, nor a draining rack for pots, pans, cutlery etc. (There is potentially space for one to the right of the sink.) There were no sharp knives or peelers for preparing food; this limited the feasibility of preparing meals. There was no information on / facility for separating rubbish for recycling.
