Beds are very nice Location is great Kitchen is beautiful

The braai outside is terrible, the insert they put inside the braai makes that you can hardly use the braai. It’s terrible.

"Good place, property has been neglected, not well managed, toilets are not working, beds are old"

Good location

The beds are making noise, they old, upstairs toilets weren't flushing, no cleaning services provided even staying for a week, main bedroom has no shower, the water gets cold after one person takes a bath

In Pezula - beautiful estate!

Little things - broken chais lounge lying out in the garden in a heap, downstairs loo flushing mechanism not working, towels provided small and inadequate and there was a large crack in the kitchen window. On checkout day the maids started cleaning before we were out which was rather poor. No handover was done. When I emailed the owner my message was ignored.
