Отличный отель, сервис великолепный

Прекрасный отель с высоким сервисом, чистота, внимание персованала, вкусные завтраки и ресторан. Приятно удивлены. Лучший отель на Златиборе!

Отель просто великолепен! Честно говоря, даже не ожидали такого — он оказался неожиданно хорош. Тянут на реальные 5 звезд без натяжек. Особенно хочется отметить постель — это просто нечто божественное, спалось потрясающе. Сервис на высоте. У нас была годовщина свадьбы, и персонал сделал потрясающий сюрприз — принесли в номер очень вкусный тортик. Спасибо большое за эту заботу! Завтраки тоже хорошие, плотные и разнообразные. Единственный минус, который немного подпортил впечатление: азиатский ресторан на крыше. Повар, к сожалению, не понимает специфику блюд. Том Ям — вообще не тот, а роллы сделаны из сухого риса со странными ингредиентами. Этому месту явно не хватает профильного шефа. Но общее впечатление от отдыха чудесное! Вернуться сюда очень хочется.

Amazing hotel with exceptional staff and facilities

It was a bit hot in the room

The hotel is modern and has an awesome lobby and two nice restaurants. Rooms are large and comfortable, with nice mountain views. Staff is very helpful. The spa area has a huge pool, three different saunas, steam room and deserves separate acclaim. Overall, a top property in Zlatibor.

Two areas caused concern: (1) there is an odd issue with dishwashing at the penthouse Japanese restaurant. All glasses on the table smelled bad, even though it was clear they were washed and wiped dry. All guests in our party checked, so it was not "one guest having a bad day" situation. The waiter acknowledged that this is not the first time and changed all glassware. It seemed that the glasses were wiped dry by a dirty cloth. This is a major hygiene issue, and management needs to take it seriously; (2) the hotel operates a centralised cooling/heating system which means that guests cannot set cooling in their rooms if the entire system is set to "heat" and the other way round. These systems are common in some 4* properties and lower but are not standard for 5* assets.
