Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast at the hotel was very good, and the room was generally clean and acceptable. However, it would be nice if a bit more attention were paid to dusting in the corners and in the bathroom. The location is good, and the view is generally beautiful, although guests should keep in mind that some rooms may face a construction site - this seems to be quite common in Zlatibor at the moment. There is also a sushi restaurant in the hotel. It is not bad overall, but I would not recommend expecting anything extraordinary from it. The pool and spa area are good and made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel is a decent option for a stay in Zlatibor.

The price does not really match the level of service provided. If you are ready to pay this amount for a hotel stay, I would honestly recommend choosing another destination or hotel. What disappointed me most was the situation with the swimming pool. We had been informed at reception that there are specific hours when children are not allowed to use the pool, but I forgot that this also applied in the morning. When we arrived, the staff let us enter the pool area, and only after my child was already in the water did a woman rush over and tell us that we had to leave. This happened just one hour before the permitted time for children. There was no one else in the pool at that moment. I asked whether we could at least stay in the children’s area, but the answer was still no. After a long discussion, they suggested that we come back in half an hour. When I asked why we could not use the pool with a child when it was completely empty, the answer was essentially: “What if other children want to come too?” In my opinion, they could have shown more flexibility in this specific situation. And if another child had also wanted to use the pool, they could simply have allowed them in as well. I also wish the hotel paid the same level of meticulous attention to their billing as they do to pool rules. At check-out, I was asked to pay for tea and coffee that we had not ordered. When I said that I had no idea what those charges were, they eventually agreed not to charge me for them.

Отлично провели время. Номера чистые, просторные, вид на горы. Рестораны с вкусной едой. На крыше японский, рекомендую хотя бы раз к посещению. Спа зона с бассейном, хамамом и тремя видами сауны.

Один из лучших отелей цена-качество. Хороший сервис, отличный спа.

Yes everything was great. Highlight was the spa and the breakfast. The pool is a great size for swimming. The breakfast is the absolute best: proper cooked food, savoury healthy options perfect for those avoiding sugar at breakfast, and also sweet local treats if you want them. They will also make eggs to order. The hotel breakfast is truly one of the best I have had in hotels. Rooms are very comfortable too. Lastly I’d like to mention how friendly staff are - super attentive and discreet.

There is ambient music everywhere. It is soft but personally I could do without it. But that’s just a personal preference
