Everything The reception staff is helpful and friendly, also the parking lot staff

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Food was not good especially the western cuisine.

The staff was exceptional. Kudos to the team.

It is clean and comfortable for staycation, i do staycation here about 3 or 4 times already and it’s good. I like the facilities and their room with views also their pool

During our stay we never have experienced their square restaurant instead for breakfast, so at that time when our anniversary we choose to eat at the restaurant below at the lobby. But turns out it was bad experience for us 😅 there’s an ayce that night but we choose order by request as we are vegetarian. We just ordered 3 foods: carbonara,pizza and the slice cake that i requested for my anniversary. And it comes soooo long. We waited for half an hour for just 3 foods 😭 even the slice cake they told us it was already made tho but it coming last and the cake was so baddd,i dont think it’s edible, like a liquid sterofoam (?) idk it was that bad,but luckily the looks was fine just for photo but not to eat. The pizza is really not crusty, but the carbonara is good. And also the smoothies was good too. It really ruined my mood actually, i am pregnant and hungry and also it was our anniversary but turns out like that. I hope no one will experience like mine again.
