Location first class.Grade 2 listed property and features. Welcome was equally good. Wine, bedding, towels and kitchen essentials.

Loose bunk bed fittings and bath handles.

"Spacious flat in town centre. Great base for exploring Dartmoor."

Great location in a lovely town with good services. Flat has a large, comfortable lounge, well-equipped kitchen. Interesting, historic building, well modernised. Plenty of parking nearby.

Only one bathroom (we knew this when we booked). Bell at entry seemed to work only intermittently, which was awkward with only one key between us.
