Walking distance from the historic centre. Excellent facilities (marble tiles in the bathroom and shower was an unexpected touch!). We arrived in the pouring rain, and Valentino was there to help us move in. We greatly appreciated his kindness.

No complaint. We were very happy with our stay.

Posizione strategica appena fuori il centro città, possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento lungo la via molto comodo e zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Pulizia, gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario.

Consiglierei di aggiungere un poggia valigie e di modificare la porta che dà sull’area comune in quanto non isola bene dai rumori adiacenti e dà poca idea di sicurezza.

"Ideal place to stay in Verona for a few days"

Spacious apartment with good size bathroom. Good private access. Host was very friendly.

With sharing a kitchen, other guests can be quite noisy, especially in the morning.

"Posizione comoda, host molto disponibile"

La camera è molto ben arredata, pulita e in posizione molto comoda per il centro città. La strada è tranquilla e si trova con facilità in parcheggio (a pagamento, ma con un prezzo comunque molto buono). Il signor Valentino è stato molto disponibile prima e durante il soggiorno. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di accedere a una cucina in comune tra le due stanze per prepararsi un caffè o avere un acqua in frigo. Un soggiorno molto piacevole.
