YoLo Pool Bar Villas & Garden Restaurant

Great stay! I checked in at 4AM after the Ninh Binh bus no problem. The dorm and the whole facility were sparkling clean. Rooms were quiet — I slept like a rock. The bathrooms were large! Hot hot shower. The pool and the atmosphere of the whole place was great. Location was a short walk from town. As a host, Du was communicative well before my stay, and he was super helpful for any questions I had. The whole family really cares about your stay and were so kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

The lady who runs this place and the children were all extremely helpful with everything! The place is relaxed and the room decorations are very beautiful, bikes and Peds available to hire for the day for a good cost. This is a very sweet family run home stay.

Only thing was we didn’t have hot water for our shower, but there was a water heater so maybe broken

I booked the room due to its exceptional reviews. First of all, it is not a hostel but a home stay. The pictures of the dorm are definitely not the room I was staying in. The room was super small and the small window was covered by a bunk bed. The room was smelly and the beds medium comfortable. There were no towels provided although the description said so. The hostel was managed by one person only. I had to wait for 1 hour to order the included breakfast. When I billed out the owner put the wrong price for the room and an additional dinner I’ve never had. The additional services provided at the hostel are pricey. When I did laundry my socks were missing until I claimed them.

It was a comfortable stay. They helped book my caving tour.

It was a 25 minute walk to the busy part of town. They charged an extra 50,000 to rent the motorbikes through the accommodation. They had lost some of my laundry until I questioned where it was. The lady serving breakfast spoke no English so my food came out wrong.

Fantastic stay! We stopped for 2 nights and it was great! The location is perfect and the rooms were lovely. The food was great and the owner was so welcoming! He helps to plan trips and scooters are available to rent to! They go above and beyond to make your stay as smooth as possible! Would definitely come again! Thanks!

Du is the best host i've met so far. Also they offer a family dinner and you can book the cave tours in the hostel.
