The Signature Hoi An

This hotel is right in the heart of the where you want to be. It is beautifully decorated and the buffet breakfast is exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english.

There were bikes to use for free but only a few so they were gone before breakfast. Not too much of a problem since you can rent them across the street.

Fantastic location to be able to walk into town. The staff could not be friendlier or any more accommodating

Gym was a little small - however plenty to do in Hoi An than to go to the gym

Great location. Excellent staff. Quality food. Huy was particularly helpful when my luggage broke. Would recommend to everyone.

Our stay at The Signature Hoi An was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel was centrally located and all points of interest were walkable. The service staff were great, very helpful and attentive in making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. In particular we would like to say a special thanks to Ms Haboo in guest relations. My wife was sick during our stay and Ms Haboo and staff went out of their way to coordinate our trips to the local hospital to make sure the hospital expected us on arrival. Everything ended well, and we can't speak highly enough of the welcome we received at The Signaure Hoi An. Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable!

Es war alles rundum fantastisch. Das Frühstück wechselte in seinen Hauptgerichten jeden Tag. Der Service, ob am Pool, an der Rezeption, im Wellness. Alles wunderbar. Wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder.

We had a pleasant stay overall, thanks especially to the wonderful staff. Yen was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. We informed her that we would be leaving the room at 4:15 AM for a cultural tour, and she went above and beyond to coordinate everything smoothly — from arranging staff to help unlock our motorbike to preparing breakfast for us in advance. Her attentiveness truly made a difference. The room was clean and spotless when we arrived, which we really appreciated.

The soundproofing in the room wasn’t great — we could still hear people speaking outside, which affected the sense of privacy and quiet we expected. On our second day, we pressed the button to have our room cleaned, but it hadn’t been done when we returned. It might have been due to the high occupancy during the holiday period, so it wasn’t a major issue, but still something worth noting for the hotel to improve.

Die Lage des Hotels und das Service war super. Das Frühstück einmalig. Liz hat uns die ganze Zeit unterstützt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Eine ganz tolle Poollandschaft. Leider hat die Zeit nicht gereicht, um hier zu relaxen. Auch die Fußmassage können wir weiterempfehlen.
