The Signature Hoi An

The hotel provides a pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The property is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located for exploring the old town. The room size was excellent, offering plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere. The general environment of the hotel felt warm, and the staff were courteous in their interactions.

Although the room was spacious, the area around the bed was quite narrow, and the bed frame had very sharp edges, which made moving around somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, while the staff were friendly, their approach occasionally felt a bit too inquisitive, with more personal questions than expected in a hotel setting. There was also a persistent mechanical noise throughout the night, which affected the overall comfort.

Beautiful hotel with attentive staff and lovely amenities - the pool and breakfast were particularly nice!

Best location in Hoi An, right near the walking street and night markets but you can still be dropped at the door. Great breakfast, great staff. Felt like home. Great activities. Thank you Mr Hoy and Ms Liz. Only place I’d stay in Hoi An.

The pool is nice but not quite enough room to walk around the sun chairs safely. No conditioner in bathrooms (typical of vietnam)

The location of this hotel is most ideal within walking distance to local restaurants, attractions and night markets. The breakfasts selections were also very impressive! From check in to check out Liz and the staff were amazing and very accomodating. Liz would always check to make sure we were comfortable. Would definately recommend this hotel for location and very hospitable staff.

Cannot fault this hotel. We had a brilliant stay for a week. When we first arrived we were immediately looked after by Haboo. We needed to change a room for my mother to a section that had a lift rather than stairs (tip for travellers, include this as a special request if a couple of flights of stairs are a challenge - this was my oversight when booking - not the hotel's fault). Haboo was able to make this change for us without a hassle and did it with exceptional service.. Throughout our stay, we were well treated by all the staff - nothing was ever too much trouble. The Ginger Spa is a treat and competitive pricing with outside business (at times cheaper!) Will be rebooting on our return trip!

It was a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. Everything was even more beautiful than in the photos. The location was truly idyllic and very well situated for our family. The night market is just around the corner, and everything else is within walking distance. This is very convenient for families. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel restaurant is particularly recommended. We even received a room upgrade, which was very kind. The room is new and beautifully furnished. The staff, especially Nguyên, were very friendly and eager to fulfill our wishes. Nguyên organized everything for our stay very well. He is a great communicator and was always professional and very friendly. Many thanks to Nguyên and the whole team. We will definitely come back to The Signature Hotel again when we are in Hoi An. (P.S. The hotel spa 'Ginger' is also fantastic. The massage was professional, very reasonably priced, and truly excellent.)

The ac was very weak, but they were able to bring a fan to our room.
