Monopoli is fabulous. The apartment is right in the centre, House was comfortable and immaculate. It was literally sparkling clean. Left us a welcome pack which was appreciated. The rooftop sunbathing area has lovely views. Amazing holiday and would recommend this to anyone staying in Monopoli Apartment also spacious and AC is excellent, not at all noisy. Parking is easy ish but a bit expensive but that's just how it is if you want to stay in the best places.

We had breakfast in cafe right underneath apartment. began with a V. We had yogurt X 2, croissant X1 a coffee and a tea with milk It came to 32 euros. There were no prices displayed. We had same breakfast elsewhere and it was 20 euros. Don't know if they deliberately overcharged us or if it was just over priced. Anyway, don't go there.

Great location, very clean and modern. Rooftop terrace with wonderful views of the city. Fabulous air conditioning, kept room cool and was quiet. Responsive management company. Good idea not having entrance keys. Lovely to receive a welcome bottle of wine, snacks and coffee and a dishwasher.

Lots of stairs (50) as it is the top floor apartment, so you need a good level of fitness! There was a lack of storage, no drawers in bedroom so had to keep some clothes in case! Lack of mirrors, only one small mirror in the bathroom. Need a full-length mirror. Terrace - no table to sit at, not even a coffee table. Bathroom - hardly any space for toiletries/cosmetics/towels, etc - had to store toiletries in kitchen. No hooks not even on back of doors for towels, clothes, etc. TV would be better in bedroom as only one comfortable chair to sit on to watch it in kitchen area (to be honest don’t need a TV as too much to do in the area).

We loved our stay in Monopoli. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also right amongst the hustle and bustle of the old town, but still quiet once inside. We would definitely stay here if we are lucky enough to visit again!

The location is amazing, all walking distance from the main points in Monopoli. The apartments are almost new, with everthing you need - if you wanna cook or have a small apperitivo at the terrace. The two bathrooms were also a great asset if you are travelling with a team of people.

Nothing, everything was great!

Our stay at TD Palazzo Maris Townhouse was simply perfect. The townhouse is stunning — beautifully designed with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Waking up to the sea view every morning was like a dream! The location could not be better — right in the heart of Monopoli’s beautiful harbour, with cafes, restaurants, and the old town just steps away. The interiors were immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, and the hosts made everything so easy and welcoming. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly special stay in Monopoli!

Poor wifi signal with closed room doors, but we weren’t visiting Monopoli to be on the internet.

Super easy check in. Great communication close to everything. Amazing balcony area.
