The room and bathroom are clean, and the bed is comfortable as well. They also provide tea and coffee in the room that is really kind. Landlord replied my messages rapidly to solve question during my stay. The location is really great, that you are able to visit every place only in few minutes walking.

The only problem i need to mention is the hot water of shower became really cold after 10 minutes. I could not even finish my shower the first night, because it took at least half hour for waiting hot water. I suggest to take fast shower...

Bed was way too soft and the walls are too thin. There was a family in the room next door with young kids and they couldn't stop shouting and also the people outside in the garden, I could hear them from the early morning. Basically, I couldn't sleep from an early morning onwards and I really needed a good night sleep. That was really disappointing. Everything else was pretty much good and on the standard level you want. Great location also. Owner also seemed welcoming.

Location was very central to the shops, bars and restaurants as well as the beach. The room was clean and check in instructions were easy to follow. The host was available whenever you needed him.

There were ants on the floor when we got in. The iron looked like something out of another planet. The water was very cold and took ages to warm up. Asked for clean drinking mugs but did not get them.

The apartment is in the Old Town of Zadar. In an old house, but inside the rooms are modern, clean, with comfortable beds, new bathroom, fridge, microwave and kettle. It's quiet even though there are restaurants around. Communication with the host is very quick and easy. The city is nice, calm, charming and we felt safe everywhere. Everything was really good.

The location is simply perfect, the apartment was very clean and the bathroom is big. Highly recommended!

The fridge noise during the night could be a problem if your aren't a good sleeper.

Room was perfect location very central and perfect for our stay very comfy bed and host was very helpful we would definitely stay here again

The apartment is perfect for short or longer stay with all equipment needed. Ideal location. Self check-in and check-out. Very clear, easy and on-time comunication with the owner. Definitely recommend.
