Everything - the communication with the host was superb, the location is perfection, the room was well stocked with a hairdryer, shower gel, cups, plates, blankets a fridge, kettle and air conditioning. I honestly couldn’t fault it. Zadar is a wonderful place.

There is nothing negative to say…it was everything we hoped it would be when you book a holiday.

Excellent location, in the heart of the tourist area, insanely close to the little harbour from which many boat tours start. Perfectly clean place (felt like we were the very first ones to stay there) Great communication with the host, who gave us clear instructions through WhatsApp and was quick to answer our questions. And something that I didn't read in the other reviews but should be mentioned: the possibility to store our luggages after check out to explore the city in total freedom before catching our flight. Excellent stay.

I love this place

Where to even begin? The location is quite possibly the best in the city, within 200 yards of the 5 wells. Vlado is genuinely the nicest host I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He was incredibly accommodating even offering advice on things to do in the city. The air conditioning in the property is like the Arctic that's how cold it gets, which after a long day in the sun is the best way to relax. I don't have enough good things to say about this place, and if I ever come back to Zadar, I know where I am staying!

My only tiny tiny concern was on the first night the beds only had sheets, no blanket. This may have been our fault though as the next morning we located the blankets in the closet. Other than that, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the property.

Amazing location Very clean and comfortable rooms Friendly host Big plus for flexible check in hours as we found that it’s quite common in zadar to have very early check in cut off 😊 Great for a shorter or a longer stay - Definitely recommend 😊

Exactly what I wanted. Just one night in Zadar, before catching the flight from Zadar airport. Walking distance to the airport bus stop (8minutes) and great location for the sightseeing and dining out.
