Nice, quiet location, but walking distance to the town centre where there are some lovely little food places. Host was a really nice and friendly lady who was always an available. Communication was really good.

Decorated to a high standard, comfortable and they seemed to have thought of everything you might need. I only wish that I had been able to stay longer. Exceptional hosts who went above and beyond.

Everything was just great. Host friendly and a nice gesture of bread, milk, jam, tea bags, fudge and biscuits left as a welcome pack. Everything you need is there for you, even down to washing up liquid, cloths, shower gel, hand soaps and more. Everything you need. Home from home 😃

The wifi was sometimes slow which was a nuisance when you were in the middle of something. But other times it was great !

"Very peaceful, perfect for walkers. Very comfortable and well equipped."

The location was delightful. VERY peaceful, with a terrace for eating outside. Prompted me to install a birdsong indentifier App on my phone, as there was so many birds to hear. Identified 13 different species in 10 minutes. As near the river some water birds as well as hedgerow types. No road traffic noise whatsoever.

It is a little tricky to find first time. Would not recommend arriving in the dark for a first visit, as it is down a quiet but narrow lance. However, of course that is part of it's charm!!

Really cute location, a short walk from Lostwithiel. Pippa, the host, was there to meet us, but thereafter gave us our quiet enjoyment.
