Well equipped homely accommodation. Fantastic wet room style shower - plenty of hot water and powerful. Perfect enclosed garden space accessible from the bedroom.

Instructions for oven too baffling for brain in holiday mode!

Pippa was a very welcoming, friendly and helpful host. She was waiting for me to arrive and even led me on the phone to her accommodation when my car’s Navsat led me astray as it was prone to do. The self-catering flat was new, nicely decorated and had all the modern conveniences including an induction stove top. Sliding glass doors open out to a private patio garden in the back. When I arrived there was a vase of freshly cut flowers and breakfast/snack items which are always appreciated. It’s centrally located in Cornwall, only a short walk into historic Lostwithiel, and there is a nature trail very close to the flat.

I didn’t like having to leave, but I look forward to returning!

Perfect had everything we needed and nice and clean. Great secure garden for our little dogs.

The place was fantastic. The location and the apartment were great. everything was there for our needs confort amenities utensils. Highly recommended to stay here.

Really well equipped accommodation, cosy, comfortable and warm, in a peaceful location with nice nature walks directly from the barn. A lovely welcome pack of food was much appreciated.

Nothing! It’s a perfect base to enjoy Lostwithiel!

Everything was neat and clean. The host was there to greet us on arrival. Coffee and snacks were provided. The location was great for us being near lots of woodland and a few local shops. There were also beaches nearby such as Clayton which was lovely.

The property was fantstaic and host very freindly. Welcome basket, including hot cross buns :-)

Instructions to venue were challenging, i would suggest they advise that lanes are small and some vehicles may struggle. Location was lovely for a peaceful break, but a disctance from town and facilities. Lovely walks and nature reserve ont he doorstep
