The Q Loft Galveston

It do look like the pictures, and it's about 9mins from the cruise port.

The guy doesn't answer his phone, so I had to pay for another hotel until 4pm because I arrived early to Texas. The place smelled very bad like dogs were living there and after leaving a message and the guy called back, he was upset that I said it smells like dogs and my husband is allergic to animals!! He said he doesn't think anyone is available to come clean and the blankets were dirty. It was very hard to stay there and my husband was up mostly all night. We couldn't work the shower so we had to wash up in the bathroom sink! That was horrible after traveling from Chicago to one hotel to another then sleep somewhere that smells, and can't take a simple shower!! NEVER AGAIN!!

No windows but it was rainy so didn’t care

Quiet, comfortable living area, imppecably decorated

The bed was very uncomfortable. One of us went to the pull put bed in the living area. Bathroom was freezing - no or little insulation on the toilet wall and no heating element in the room. Bedroom area - remote contol did not allow heat to turn on

There was 3 small roaches by sink and one large roach over the curtain in the bedroom
