"Couldn’t access location door code did not work"

The fact the door code provided did not work. Phone call to host went to voicemail, messaging through booking went unanswered. We had to scurry around and find the only hotel room available in Galveston, overpay for it and get an uber to get to the hotel. Only to find out the host responded 30 minutes later with an alternate code. They did respond, I think the delay in the Booking message system is mostly to blame here.
