"waste of money"

photography's look nice but it does not look anything like u see in the pictures. Water was charged extra, no kitchen even for basic tea coffee have to go out, rude behaviour of staff, on arrival hotel charged extra whereas was given a discount and the hotel does not accept it, no Clark room to keep luggage.

"Never ever visit this property"

TV was not working and they did not fix at all. Room was very conjusted. The staff was not helpful at all to clean the room on regular basis and we had to remind everytime for the same.

No TV channels functioning and staff will never help

"Worst experience ever."

Absolutely nothing. Not even a single thing.

Worst experience ever. I made a confirmed booking through Booking.com, only to reach the hotel and be told that there were no rooms available. This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. As someone who was new to the city and travelling alone, I was treated with complete disrespect and zero empathy. This is not how any guest—especially a solo traveler—should ever be treated. Adding to this nightmare, a person associated with FabHotel, named Parth Kataria, initially contacted me but then stopped responding to my calls altogether. Till now, my money has not been refunded. No updates, no accountability—just silence. This entire experience was mentally stressful, unsafe, and infuriating. Being stranded without accommodation after a confirmed booking is unacceptable, and the lack of support afterward makes it even worse. This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would strongly warn others before trusting this property or its management.
