Buon alloggio dotato di tutti i servizi in centro storico e vicino alla stazione dei bus e dei treni

Il personale è stato gentile e collaborativo. Proattivo belle situazioni critiche.

La camera troppo piccola per due persone e munita solo di una finestrella che da credo ad un piccolo spazio interno. Il "frigo bar" in realtà è un piccolo apparecchio a ventola che abbia dovuto staccare perché molto rumoroso. La stanza non è mai stata rifatta.

Great location in Palermo, close to really nice spots that are not super touristy but close to tourist sites too.. Francesco and his team were amazing and so nice. Check in was so easy and we got our room early which was fantastic . The room was great, spacious, clean, nice bed and pillows, fridge, shower essentials. Would stay here again. Good air con. The guys held our luggage for us for the day too which was amazing as we had a really late flight home. The shared area for all the rooms was so clean too and offered coffee and cooking station.

Nothing it was perfect

Todo. Localización buenísima, cerca de una plaza con muchísimo ambiente y a poco andando de la zona más céntrica. Bastante fácil para llegar a la costa. Tiene una cocina común con todo lo necesario.

Smještaj je na top lokaciji sve je blizu. Osoblje jako ljubazno i ciste sobe.

Tout était parfait et Francesco incroyable.

Das Bettlaken war definitiv nicht frisch (viele Haare) und die Decke hatte Flecken (vielleicht nicht entfernbare) Das Bettlaken/Leintuch wurde dann auf Bitten am nächsten Tag gewechselt. Besitzer leider nur via whatsapp erreichbar, niemand vor Ort. Check-in online hat bei mir nicht funktioniert.
