La propreté, le logement était très propre et très classe, puis petit déjeuner sur la terrasse

L’emplacement, il faut monter des marches pour accéder au logement donc ne pas avoir beaucoup de bagages à transporter. De plus il n’y a pas de parking attenant au logement. Nous avons dû nous garer dans un parking de la gare où il y a un risque de braquage. Il faut compter 20 € pour même pas 24 heures.

Struttura molto scomoda, è vicino la stazione ma sopra una scalinata. Il palazzo è senza ascensore e le luci si accendono tramite sensore di movimento (messo in modo tale che si accendono dopo qualche scalino) Stanza con un odore di fogna, a differenza dell’ingresso comune molto profumato. Bagno sporco e poco curato (allego foto phon) doccia piena di calcare e ruggine. Servizio colazione (pagato) non fornito.

La struttura è raggiungibile solamente tramite una scalinata esterna che conta 75 gradini, quando si prenota e nelle indicazioni non c'era, con bambini piccoli diventa un sacrificio enorme, a ciò si aggiunge il fatto che abbiamo pagato con la colazione inclusa e solamente dopo lamentele tramite messaggi ci viene comunicato che il servizio colazione era sospeso dal primo ottobre. Rimane il fatto che abbiamo pagato per la colazione compresa. Praticamente e in sostanza una truffa.

During my holiday in Italy, my jewellery was stolen from my room in this hotel. The stolen items included a bag with newly purchased jewellery (with receipts, worth about €50) and my personal jewellery that I brought with me (worth around €300). I had placed them together in a visible spot among my souvenirs because the next day we were travelling to another city and I didn’t want to risk losing them on the way. After the room was cleaned, the bag disappeared. Passports, money, and other belongings were left untouched — only the jewellery was taken. This was clearly not a mistake but a targeted theft. The only person who had access to the room at that time was the cleaning staff. I immediately reported it to reception. They promised to “do everything possible” and told me the cleaner had “searched the trash,” but admitted that it was impossible to confuse the bag with rubbish. They asked me to provide receipts — I went back to the store, got a duplicate receipt for the new items, and sent it to them. Obviously, I couldn’t provide receipts for my older jewellery purchased in another country. After this, the hotel stopped replying to my messages. When I asked them to at least check the security camera footage (there was a camera right outside the room door), I received no response. The next day, the camera was already turned towards a wall (!) and was clearly useless. In the end: no compensation, no real assistance, no responsibility from the hotel — just complete disregard for the guest

Chambre propre, spacieuse, proche de la gare pour prendre le train pour visiter les beaux villages des cinque Terres.

Problème de chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionnait pas, à été signalé mais non réparé !! Beaucoup de marches avant d'arriver à l'hôtel (180 au total), ce qui n'est pas dit quand on loue. Pas de parking
