Posizione strategica accanto alla stazione per muoversi con il treno o con il bus. Non lontano dal centro e dal porto, per muoversi via mare. Ottima pulizia, wifi gratuita, grandi spazi con balconi esterni, dotato di lavatrice e forno a microonde, nonché macchinetta per caffè, the ecc..., grande frigo e tanto altro.

100 scale tra esterno ed interno, prima di entrare in casa, per trovare una pecca, ma si può fare.
