Fantastic host, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Lovely view and location. Very comfortable all round.

The flat is spacious and clean, and the host is a charming man, but…

I just can’t understand this apartment could reach such a high rating on booking. There is a night club downstairs open from Thursday to Saturday 24-4, playing music loud, not mentioning the noisy shouting and screaming customers staying in the street until 4:45. To put it frankly, I can’t understand the people living in the street can tolerate that. I sorry but I can’t say this place is comfortable or well located. Be aware also, there is a narrow staircase of 50+ uneven steps to reach the apartment. Beds a bit too small for a couple.

The hostess contacted me regarding my stay and communicated until my arrival, unlike some places that leave you hanging. She arranged for the manager to meet with us upon arrival and chat about the apartment and places to eat nearby, which was nice. The apartment was spacious, clean, and cozy, including a nice-sized bathroom and a veranda and/or windows in every room, even in the shower and kitchen. The view from the kitchen was exceptional.

The street was a bit noisy throughout the night but that's expected when you're in a busy area.

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. I appreciated the cleanliness, both in the house, as well as the linen and towels. The host is very friendly and gave us useful tips. During the stay he called us to ask if we needed anything. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Rui!

Extremely CLEAN, well decorated and comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Host was friendly, informative and timely. NO COMPLAINTS. would recommend.

The apartment is newly renovated with nice ambiance and all necessary amenities. But the most impressive part is the check-in experience. The host is very warm, personally greets and welcomes all guests and makes in every possible way that they enjoy their stay.

Absolutely loved the apartment. Beds were comfortable, plenty of crockery / utensils. Amazing shower & exceptionally clean. Rui was there to greet us & help with luggage to the 4th floor, gave us recommendations & some orientation - absolutely wonderful host.

The property was exceptional. Would recommend to book & would go back again. We were unfortunately woken very early each day by what I assumed to be bin collections - very noisy. I felt the left hand room was a bit louder than the right, perhaps the seals need checking / replacing on the windows.

Great location with many independent restaurants and shops near by! The property itself had great amenities too! Rui was a great host and very friendly and accommodating

It was in a great location, very clean, good sized rooms, lots of light, comfortable beds, beautiful views from the top floor and very modern. Rui was a great host and very helpful with any queries we had during our stay. Would stay again.
