Nice flat, well equipped

Beds not so comfortable. Downstairs tram is going quite often, you can hear it and feel it. Also during our stay many parties on the street and other apartments around, was hard to sleep

Flat is located very conveniently, it is clean and nice! Like on the photos

It is very cold in the flat, and air conditioning should work non stop and even with it, it is still not very comfy .. for sure if it is warm outside, then u don’t have this problem.. but at winter it is cold .. and floor especially.. bring sleepers!!! It is extremely loud in the night! People were parting and shouting till 4am in the morning.. I’m not a sensitive person but even for me it was too much .. and I had trouble to sleep both nights. And one more thing - the flat is NOT kids friendly! It has very dangerous stairs including inside the flat, plus some small steps that even can be dangerous for adults .. and it takes time to remember! So I would not recommend renting the flat to those who have kids at least below 5 years old!

It’s pretty loud with the tram passing and a disco club underneath. I suggest providing a proper warning and offering earplugs.

The apartment is terrific. Really comfortable, with a gorgeous bathroom that has lovely views of the city. The juliet balcony's are small but perfect for standing on and taking in the views. The host was so nice and helpful, even bringing us a gift for my friend's birthday. The location is great, perfect for the barrio alto, and loads of cute coffee shops and bars nearby. Plus cute art shops and record shops on the street, and a little mini mart nearby.

I liked it all, but be aware there are quite a few stairs to access the property so best to be aware of that. Also, although youre high up there is some noise through the night of party guests or the trams/street cleaning. But genuinely it didn't bother us at all, and really worth it for the location. It was also the quietest apartment of any of the friends we had staying in the area.

nice apartment in a very good location , very clean and well renovated . the host very helpful and friendly.

at night can be very noisy , if you are used to city noise is not a problem , but we were not able to sleep well. We missed one sleeping room with2 single beds or maybe one sleep sofa , for traveling with 2 teenagers is better.. but it was more our choice .

Super comfy and so close to everything. We loved the artisan shops in the area.

There is a club 2 doors down and it could get a bit noisy. Also, it’s an older building with no elevator to the 3rd floor.

Friendly and welcoming host, made us feel like at home and recommended wonderful local restaurants, useful tips&tricks. Apartment is located on 4th floor with amazing view to the city. Apartment is clean and fully renovated, with enough space for family. Central location and convenient for comuting by public transport.

Bari Alto has a very lively night life, it might be too noisy for some people. Great that apartment is on the upper floor, so it is relatively quiet. After long walks we slept very well. 😊
