Everything is perfect . Clean , quiet , close to Venice 4 L bus just at the front of the Apartment.Umberto and Lucia are very kind and communication with them is fantastic 5***. Thank You !

Our stay at Lucia&Umberto’s exceeded our expectations by far. We stayed for one week in the larger room of the apartment. It was a very comfortable stay - the bed is fantastic for a good-night sleep and we had the perfect space and privacy throughout our time. The 2 bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. The common spaces were spacious, very beautiful, inspiring (and clean). For visiting Venice, there is a bus stop very conveniently located right next to the apartment building and it’s a fast, 15 minute ride to the city. There are also stores very close by for any shopping in Mestre. Lastly, Lucia and Umberto are truly wonderful people and hosts. It was an absolute pleasure to meet them and we’re very grateful to have had a chance to share our time and thoughts for an even greater time in Venice than we imagined. Lucia, Umberto - thank you again for everything! <3

We liked everything :-)

The flat was great, lots of space, two balconies. The bus stop is literally 10 steps away, and the bus takes you directly to venice :) Train station is ~15min away (walking), lots of cafe's and shops to buy groceries nearby. The hosts were great :)

The hosts, Lucia and Unberto, were very welcoming and friendly. They really made us feel at home, and we would recommend this accommodation to anyone! The bus stop to go to Venice is right outside the apartment.

The room was a bit small for us.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean. The location of the house was very good. It was possible to reach the airport and Venice by taking the buses from the stop in front of the house. Markets were within walking distance

The upstairs neighbor was very noisy.

The room was very cold at night and we caught cold. The heating system did not work.

Everything was amazing. The apartment is huge, great rooms, the balcony was a plus :) Lucia and Humberto were super friendly, gave us all the instructions and info needed. At first, we were not so sure about staying in Mestre, but it was a great choice as the bus took 10-15 min and it was sooo easy. It was a lovely stay, fully recommend it!

4L Bus right outside brings you straight to Venice, nice and spacious. Nice Cafes and restaurants nearby.
