"Very comforable and relaxing. We will defiantly stay again."

Lovely self catering property, very spacious and very clean. There was enough equipment to enable us to cook our own meals, including breakfast and evening meal. The host had left milk, tea and coffee, soft drinks and a bottle of wine, all complementary. Lovely walks along the Viking Way

Very little. It took a while to work out how to operate the oven. The manufacturers instructions were not very clear!

"Luxurious, quiet , peaceful and such a treat"

Super find . Spotlessly clean . Lovely warm welcome . Such a thoughtful host . So many added extras and treats we didn’t expect Very modern . Comfortable bed . Lovely garden to sit out in and so very very peaceful . Nice walk into Woodhall Spa or through the golf course and the woods . Saw squirrels and spotted numerous birds in the garden . Lucky enough too to see lots of military aircraft from nearby RAF Coningsby. Would definitely stay again and would fully recommend.

"Exceptional"

What a lovely, clean, and relaxing place. Very good quality towels and bedding and a comfy bed. Lots of little extras if you need them, from a good stocked drinks fridge to cereal tea and coffee biscuits and crisps. Michael is a lovely host.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave 😔

"Great property and great host"

Breakfast cereals were provided with tea and coffee and biscuits also some other refreshments in fridge. Micheal the host was great and ever helpful with advice. Really could not of asked for any better it was spotless and Micheal has provided everything you may need and definitely would recommend.

"Amazing find."

Brilliant location where everything has been thought of, everything is labelled to make your stay effortless. The owner is a really nice friendly man who couldn't do enough for us. A bottle of wine in the fridge, breakfast cereals and milk available on arrival, Tea and coffee too.

"It was fantastic!"

The provision of snacks, milk, tea and coffee. We also had a supply of ziplock bags and tin foil, which was such a nice surprise.
