Spinney on the Green

The place was spotlessly clean, and Michael was very pleasant and helpful. The flat was very we supplied, cereals, nibbles and lovely coffee, even had milk in fridge. Very comfortable bed and nice and quiet. Beautiful surroundings, even had the good fortune of seeing 2 deer in the garden, very special. All in all top marks all around.

What a beautiful, clean and well maintained property! Michael is a magnificent host who thinks of everything and is obviously keen to help guests have a lovely, trouble free stay. There were so many extras which made all the difference, we have travelled to many different places all over the world and Michael is definitely the one who made the most effort. Thank you so much Michael! The grounds are lovely and there's plenty of wildlife to watch. I can imagine it's fantastic sitting outside on a warm summer's evening. It's a quiet area with pubs and restaurants about half a mile away. Extremely handy for plane spotting - RAF Coningsby spotting car park is a short drive away. If we are in the area again we will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending Spinney on the Green to friends and family

Home from home. Michael and Sarah proved to be perfect hosts. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped and within easy walking distance to the town centre. The Welcome Pack was easily the best I've ever seen. The hosts could not have been more welcoming, even going so far as to drop us at our Dinner destination on New Year's Eve when a taxi wasn't forthcoming. What more can I say!
