Great value, had the whole apartment so great to relax and do own thing. Within walking distance of city centre and Titanic museum which was great for us.

Nothing specifically, some might find it basic and area a little off putting but personally didnt mind it. Finding the local shop was an experience some may not want so would probably recomend having basics like tea, coffee, milk and sugar supplied.

It was clean and warm

Dodgy area. Shower is very dangerous. Goes from scalding hot to freezing cold. Slippers dirty and old. No tea towel to dry dishes. Washing machine broken. Television reception very intermittent

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Les images étaient intermittentes et le contrôle du son était difficile (une voix expliquait ce qui se passait à la télé...) La toilette était très bruyante. Une lampe ne fonctionnait pas.

Great location. Would recommend to a friend if cleaned properly I would attend again. Great decor and very close to the Arena for the concert I was attending. Mould in bathroom stunk out the whole place. Lots of windows and easy to air out the place. Wouldn’t recommend walking alone as a woman at nighttime due to kids with balaclavas on the street. Very noisey neighbour across the way also.

Would recommend getting a cleaner in during guest for a deep clean as there was hair in the shower which affected the drainage in the shower. Easy fix Extreme smell of Mould and looked like there was an attempt to paint over in bathroom ceiling mould would recommend having a look at the extractor fan. Very Dirty under the bed when I wanted to store my suitcase under the bed Cleaning products available onsite for same.

J'ai bien aimé : - La gentillesse et les échanges par écrit avec notre hôte, Aaron. - La propreté de l'appartement. - Les draps de lits (oreillers, draps housses, couettes) préparés, serviettes de toilette fournies.

- Électricité qui ne semble pas très aux normes de sécurité; - Petite salle d'eau atypique pas aux normes non plus. Pour allumer la lumière, il faut tirer une cordelette (qui déclenche également la VMC), pour la douche, il y a un boîtier dans la douche avec 2 curseurs pour régler eau chaude/eau froide, et pour avoir de l'eau (ou arrêter de la faire couler), il faut entrer dans la douche, faire demi tour, entrouvrir la porte de la douche et tirer sur une autre cordelette. - Simple vitrage des fenêtres qui laissent passer le froid (pas de panique, une télécommande est à dispo pour déclencher le chauffage). - Pas de shampoing ou gel douche fournit (comme de petits échantillons par exemple au cas où le visiteur en aurait besoin).
