Location was good, value for money house, with decent facilities. Overall quite clean.

The house above had people stomping their feet so hard, it is extremely disturbing, especially at night. Clear instructions about the use of gas stove could be handy. The key drop box access is quite tricky, and needs some muscle to be put in it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming and cosy apartment. It’s very well located, close to the city centre, with a bus stop just a two-minute walk away and very frequent buses (usually every five minutes or less). City Hall is only four stops away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and having a supermarket just a eight-minute walk away was very convenient. The Botanic Gardens and the Ulster Museum are also easy to reach via the city centre. What made our experience truly special was discovering Belfast beyond the usual tourist view with a 2 hours taxi drive ("conflicting stories"). A city we would happily return to. On our list for next time are the Lyric Theatre and the Waterfront, an easy stop before reaching the accommodation. Thank you.

It was warm , clean and had a very comfortable bed

La ubicación era ideal, estaba cerca del centro, pero era cómodo para el descanso sin tener el ruido del centro de la ciudad El dueño, era atento y nos solucionó rápidamente las dudas del principio Había toallas y secador de pelo

La limpieza del lugar, quisimos cocinar en el horno y estaba lleno de suciedad al igual que las bandejas y rejillas. En las estanterías que hay, había polvo que tuvimos que limpiar para poder apoyar cosas, ya que no hay armario o alguna mueble donde poder dejar tu ropa. Hay una cómoda y está llena de cosas del dueño, por lo que no puedes utilizarla Y debajo de la cama, eso es una cosa fatal, había desde telarañas, hierros y cosas que nos dejaron bastante mosqueados

Plenty of towels, room space was large. Parking outside house and good communication from owner.

The location was ropey. Some final details fell short. E.g. no milk to make tea/coffee. TV didn't function.

Nous avons aimé le prix et la proximité avec la ville.A pieds, 20 min suffisent pour rejoindre le centre. Les matelas du salon et de la chambre sont confortables. Il fait bon dans la maison et clair grâce aux grandes fenêtres. On a l'impression d'aller chez des grands-parents. Nous avons trouvé une place dans la rue juste devant la maison.

La salle de bain est étroite et vieillotte mais pour les vacances et pour le prix, ça suffit.
