Just that one night I had to go to reception due to the noise they were doing.

Staff are very nice and polite - the hotel is as clean as it can be based on age - I went to my first room and it was not what I booked and it smelt of smoke and was awful - I asked for another room and this room was what I booked which I was a little upset about but happy I was moved - although old bedding and towels they smelt clean

Rooms are tired, bedding/towels have marks - ok for getting your head down but not a long stay - shower would not work poor flow and cold so I couldn’t use it and in the heat that’s not good

It is a very cheap and convenient hotel. Staff was friendly. They let us check in early without charging. The location was lovely, you can walk to the beach easily.

Sales at the property was working very good to handle our case. The hotel was overbooked and the staff (Phượng) contacted me to offer us another hotel to stay, with same rate and car park. This was 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. And just wonderful. Appreciate
