La maison de Lavinia

Upea tyyli, tilavat huoneet. Loistava sijainti.

Astioita oli hieman liian vähän. Hissi ei toiminut osaa ajasta ja asunto sijaitsee ylimmässä kerroksessa. Vesi tulee pienellä paineella ja vessojen vetämiseen oli omat keikkansa, mutta se lienee maan tapa ja ylimmän kerroksen ongelma.

I liked the location, which is very practical to explore Catania. The host was super friendly and gave us a lot of valuable advice and went much beyond his duty. I can only recommend the apartment and him to fellow travellers.

Everything was perfect

Sijainti oli loistava upean ison puiston vieressä ja kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja kauppakaduista. Ravintoloita, kahviloita ja Lidl oli ihan lähellä. Huoneisto oli upea ja viihtyisä. Omistaja oli erittäin avulias.

Charming, very old Italian. Great location, near many restaurants and central for sights. Lift broke down, we what’s app owners and it sorted the next morning, on a Sunday. Bedrooms beautiful and air conditioned. Balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the park. Parking on the road or garage down the road (20 euros a day, but safe)

Advertised as two bathrooms, the second one was just a toilet. Lounge was part of the main bedroom. No cupboards or wardrobes in the main bedroom.
