I loved the historical Gatsby style rooms and antique furniture and decor. Massive bedrooms and kitchen with big fridge, washing machine.. walking distance to restaurants, supermarket , corner coffee shop and clothing shops

Paid parking Can’t put toilet paper down the toilet hard to flush toilet in one of the toilets needs pumping..

Ο ιδιαίτερος "χαρακτήρας" του διαμερίσματος, έτσι όπως είναι διακοσμημένο και επιπλωμένο. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία (3' περπάτημα για την Via Etna, 20' περπάτημα για την Piazza del Duomo). Δυνατότητα για πάρκινγκ επί πληρωμή σε δημόσιο δρόμο (πολύ φθηνά). Ήσυχη γειτονιά.

Το βασικό μειονέκτημα του διαμερίσματος είναι ότι βρίσκεται στον 4ο όροφο μιας ανακαινισμένης πολυκατοικίας, με τον αρχικό ωστόσο ανελκυστήρα, μιας άλλης εποχής. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι θα χρειαστούν πολλαπλά δρομολόγια για να μετακινηθούν πάνω από 2-3 ενήλικες με πράγματα, ενώ όταν "κολλήσει" (σε 2 24ωρα συνέβη 3 φορές), τότε απαιτείται καλή φυσική κατάσταση για το ανέβασμα από τις σκάλες. Στις λεπτομέρειες, δεν χορηγούνται κάψουλες καφέ για κάθε ημέρα και ο ιδιοκτήτης χρειάστηκε αρκετές υπομνήσεις για να αποστείλει την απόδειξη παραλαβής των δημοτικών φόρων από πλευράς μας.

Està davsnt del parc on cada nit han fet concerts o dj’s amb música molt forta. Però fins les 12h de la nit

La amabilidad del propietario, todo muy limpio con todo lo necesario, hermoso apartamento.

Eine sehr stilvolle und wunderschöne Wohnung, die eher einem Palast gleicht als einer Wohnung. Sehr geräumig, wunderschön mit antikem Holzmöbel eingerichtet, mit Marmorböden und schicken Lustern. Einfach toll!

Der einzige Haken: Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht und die Duschkabine war nicht besonders gut: schwacher Wasserstrahl, die Kabine ist auch alt.

The apartment was magical, it was more beautiful than expected. It definitely has a soul, you feel like local during the time you stay there. It has two big bedrooms with balconies and air conditioning. Kitchen has every utensil you need.

Apartment practically has one bathroom. The small bathroom only has a toilette and a washing machine. There is a shower head but you can only use if you have to (we didn’t use it)

The decor was exceptional. It was furnished in a baroque style and quite amazing. We’ve never stayed anywhere like it. Great location.

The old world charm of this apartment is like stepping back in time. Opposite the beautiful park and a short walk to the main attractions. Easy to access, very clean and comfortable.

We had trouble getting one of the toilets to flush properly, but managed in the end.

It was so spacious and it had everything you could possibly think of for a an inner city apartment.

Washing mashine was new and very clean, i used it for my sons clothes…

Water was a little bit light while i was showering, i think it s because the building is historical and old… but it is okay.
