Appartamento comodissimo per visitare Ortigia, equipaggiato di tutto il necessario compreso l'utilizzo della cucina.

Mancanza di luce naturale in quanto una sola piccola finestra (ma ben chiaro dall'annuncio). Wifi non funzionante e telefoni che prendono male nell'appartamento.

Location to sights and amenities in the apartment.The owner of the property was very kind and helpful. It was close to the parking lot we used.

Property was next door to a building in repair which caused the passageway to be reduced. There was a drainage pipe that would release water that would run down the way. Also the pigeons left their droppings in this area that would mix with the water.

There are ongoing renovations in the adjacent building. According to other reviews, this has been going on for some time, yet the host does not mention it in the listing. We were woken by construction noise at 6 a.m. and drilling in the walls at 7 a.m. The internet is extremely slow. Other reviews suggest this is a persistent issue that the host has not addressed. There is no soundproofing — you can hear every noise from outside, including people walking and talking, and the engine noise of scooters. The “double” bed is actually two separate mattresses, leaving a gap in the middle that makes it easy to fall between them

Ottima posizione centralissima , l’appartamento è ampio comodo dotato di quanto necessario anche per un soggiorno più lungo . Ottima pulizia

La casa dei Candelai è un monolocale molto grande nell'isola di Ortigia. Esci da casa e praticamente ti trovi immerso nelle vie del centro e della movida di quest'isola magica. L'appartamento è sicuramente di recente ristrutturazione, curato in ogni dettaglio. Rossella, la proprietaria, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accompagnato presso la struttura e ci ha spiegato tutto quello che serviva sapere per un ottimo soggiorno. Grazie!!!

Connessione internet molto scarsa. Per fortuna ci è servita poco.
