LA CASA DEI CANDELAI

It's two blocks away from the colosseo entrance to the historic park. The heat had been of in the room and after learning from the manager who came and showed me how to use the control, it took two hours for the room to come up to temperature. I was a little suspicious of the toilet controls and tested then to fund out it did not flush. So, I called the manager again who told me that i needed to jiggle the buttons and wait a while.??? So... It was warm, dry and the bed was comfortable and rainfall priced. Was it worth it? Sure. Was it a hotel? No.

Everything was just PERFECT, the place is the best for everything (20 min max from the station on foot, 4 min beach on foot, 4 min market on foot. It is located in the middle of the old town... couldn't be better, really. The host is available easily and very welcoming (She accepted that we let her our suitcases the last day in order to benefit from the place without carrying our luggage...Great !!! Some biscuits and coffee, tea already there at our arrival...We didn't expect such a service for the price !!! We will recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants to visit Syracuse Ortigia

Nothing was wrong, nothing to mention

It had everything. Super clean! Everything was amazing.

For us the smell was a little off. Very moist and damp. It gives you a cellar feeling. But just open the doors and it’s gone. Also our clothing had trouble drying indoors. So we decided to put the washing rack outside. Think in solutions; not in problems.

The place ir super comfortable it has everyting what you need for your trip, the host is super helpfull. Just one Comfy place to stay! 100% recomend

a bit noisy street, plugs would be helpfull :)))
