Huge and spacious room. Also very clean with all amenities like coffee machine, tea and coffee supplies. Very nice and well located property. The check-in instructions provided were very accurate. That helped a lot. Would highly recommend anyone to stay in this property. It's very safe and secured as well and located so close to lake, market and the main Como town

The location of the property was very walkable to many good restaurants, shops, and very close to the water which made it very convenient to catch a ferry ride up to Bellagio. The property was very clean and modernized. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Entry to the property is very safe with several locked entrances between the street and the room. The space was very quiet and we loved the backout window shades that made sleeping in past 6 am a breeze. (We had no idea the sun rose so early in Italy during the summer.)

We took the train to Como, and took a taxi to the lock box that housed the keys to the property. It was a fairly short walk from the lock box to the property, but with heavy luggage, it was a bit inconvenient to have to walk. This will not be an issue for those driving, but if you are taking the train you will need to walk from the lock box to the property after retrieving the keys.
