Marcello's Como Lake

Prompt response from staff, even if it's remote assistance. A supermarket nearby, can buy fruit and refreshment. I got off train from Como San Giovanni to the suite which takes around 10 mins by walk, some stairs on the route. It's extremely convenient to take the key. Clear instructions from staff. The instructions was sent the day before so that you don't need to worry about how to get access to the property.

Storage water heater, be aware of your time to take shower. Other than that, it's a prefect place to stay

Lovely apartment in an amazing location - close to station, the lake and Como centre. Great to have a coffee machine & kettle. Matteo responded quickly to a query & also gave recommendations for restaurants & activities.

Very clean. Instructions given prior to arriving were detailed and easy to follow. Location was perfect.
