LVLVLVUnfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. We were aware of bars next to the hotel, that is why before arrival, I contacted the hotel to confirm that our room would face the courtyard, and I was assured that it would. However, upon check-in, we were assigned a room facing bar street. Facilities listing stated that the room was equipped with air conditioning, but the equipment only had fan and heating functions. When I contacted the hotel, the staff confirmed that cooling was not available. Therefore, it should not be stated as air conditioning. Communication with the staff was also disappointing. Interactions felt rude and unprofessional, and it was difficult to get assistance, in the end we didn’t get any solutions. It was unclear who was actually responsible for handling guest concerns: the phone number provided stated that they could not help with reservations and only handled technical issues, while messages through Booking.com went unanswered, especially after 5 PM. In addition, in the bathroom were visible signs of mold.
AMThe room was very spacious, the wardrobe and bathroom as well. It was just in the heart of the city, shops and cafes nearby. The bus stop for airport shuttle was just in front of the hotel, no need to carry bags to station. Stuff was very helpful. And the lift was super

LVThe hotel receptionist could not provide me with access/door code. Stood in the rain for an hour and then had to find another place to stay in the last minute. Still haven't gotten a refund for this awful experience.
