O unitate de cazare deplorabilă! Nu recomand nimănui! Pozele nu au nici o treabă cu realitatea! Am stat 30 de minute și am plecat deși am plătit pentru 2 nopți. DEZAMĂGITOR!!!

Lift is very old and door couldn’t be closed on our floor but that’s the building not fault of the host

The only good thing about this property was its location. It was located in the old town, it was very central and close to bars and coffee shops. The appartment was renovated and modern, even though the building it was in, it was very old.

Firstly, when we arrived the key was not placed on the locker. We had to call the host to bring the key and wait around 30 minutes. It was like he forgot about our booking. The apartment was on the 6th floor, so we had to use the lift. The lift was very old and seemed dangerous to use, but again the whole building is very old and worn out. Then when we got into our apartment, we noticed that the bed sheets were creased, so either they were cleaned but not ironed or they have been used and not changed before we arrived. The toilet seat was also not cleaned; they just put on the paper cleaning band to make it look like it was clean. In the room, there was a washing machine and on top of that there was a drying rack, with washed bed sheets spread to dry. There were a coffee machine and cups, which clearly seemed rinsed with water but not washed, as we could see coffee marks on the handle. We called the host, he reassured us that the bed sheets had been changed and are clean, and he agreed to clean the room again the next morning. He also suggested, if we wanted to change the sheets, we could use the clean sheets from the drying rack! That’s never happened to me before. If I have to do this work by myself, then why stay in a hotel? Anyway, they cleaned the room the next morning and ironed out the bed sheets. In terms of the room facilities, the bed was old the mattress was super uncomfortable. The duvet was also small for the bed, and we were cold at night as it was not enough to cover us both. We messaged the host to ask for extra pillows and an extra blanket, but he never responded. Overall, it was a very bad stay. At least, we spend most of the days out in the city to avoid the uncomfortable room. The most essential things in a hotel are a clean, comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Other factors, such as location and additional amenities, are nice to have but not essential. Unfortunately, in these basic areas, this apartment failed.

I liked the inside so much, cozy and whatever you need in a small place

I don t personally liked the building, awesome area and beautiful on the outside, a little “ghetoish” on the inside, all until u reach the house. Also a loot of stairs because the elevator didn t work at that moment

Camera foarte mica am stat 4 zile cu 2 prosoape plus in camera scria pe perete sa nu folosim prosoapele si lenjeria care sunt spalate ca sunt pentru urmatori clienți dar eu daca stau 4 zile la tine imi poti lasa macar cate 2 prosoape si lenjerie de schimb....si cand am cerut o pătură ca îmi era frig mi sa spus ca nu are ..plus liftul din bloc aștepți fff mult sa vina este periculos lift vechi rămâne mereu blocat...

The property was smelling so good and was so clean that I felt like home, I recommend it, deserves every penny!
